The application deadline is Thursday, October 15th, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. (EST). This is an MEP Pay Grade 21 position. If the position does not require a college degree, you are required to have at least a high school diploma. Candidates with academic training and degrees granted outside the U.S. must submit a credential evaluation report that includes a statement of degree equivalency from an accredited agency in the U.S.

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for coordinating the implementation and daily operations of the Innovation and Leadership Program (ILP) and Digital Convergence initiatives. The position serves as a liaison among schools, District departments, administrators, and program teams to support effective implementation, communication, project coordination, and compliance with program requirements.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
1. Coordinates and monitors the implementation and daily operations of Innovation and Leadership Program and Digital Convergence initiatives across participating schools and District departments.
2. Serves as a liaison among schools, District administrators, departments, instructional personnel, technical teams, program staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and successful program implementation.
3. Develops, coordinates, and monitors project plans, priorities, timelines, milestones, assignments, and deliverables associated with assigned initiatives.
4. Collaborates with instructional, technology, administrative, and program teams to identify and resolve implementation issues, address resource needs, and support program objectives.
5. Coordinates stakeholder meetings, communications, orientations, professional development, and other activities necessary to support program implementation.
6. Monitors project and program activities to identify progress, risks, delays, resource needs, and other implementation barriers and coordinates appropriate follow-up.
7. Evaluates the completion and quality of assigned deliverables and provides regular updates regarding project status, accomplishments, issues, deadlines, and resource needs.
8. Coordinates resources, instructional support, professional development, and other services necessary to support schools and staff with effective implementation of program initiatives.
9. Supports the development, implementation, and delivery of instructional resources, instructional technology initiatives, and innovative learning activities associated with ILP and Digital Convergence.
10. Maintains appropriate project documentation, implementation records, timelines, status reports, and supporting materials to monitor program activities and requirements.
11. Reviews implementation progress, identifies areas requiring additional support, and recommends adjustments to processes, timelines, communication, or resource allocation as appropriate.
12. Performs other duties related to the general administrative responsibilities of the position.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This work requires the following physical activities: sitting, mobility, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. The work is performed primarily indoors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience with at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
3. Knowledge of M-DCPS business processes, project management, change management, organizational development, learning management, supply chain processes, information technology and/or business re-engineering.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
